Designing quality homes and places

Peabody’s Development team is drafting a new internal design guide to set a clear and consistent approach to briefing our design teams, when they are appointed to design Peabody’s neighbourhoods, buildings and homes. The design guide is particularly focused on the earliest stages of design, underpinning Peabody’s approach to quality - describing how exceptional design and considered decision-making at the early stages of a development can support Peabody’s mission to provide great homes and places, and in doing so, help both people and communities to flourish.

As a resident within one of our regenerating neighbourhoods, we are keen to get your feedback on this draft design guide and any valuable insights you may have from your experience of living within a Peabody development. The following short survey asks a number of questions about the clarity, breadth and content of the draft design guide.
