North Counties Regional Forum Meeting, 25 March 2025 - Repairs

We’re planning a meeting on Zoom, on Tuesday 25 March, from 6pm to 7:30pm. We’ll confirm the details to everyone who signs up to come along. Places are limited, so if you’d like to come along to our session on 25 March, please do let us know as soon as you can by completing this form.

Since the last meeting on 4th February 2025, the Repairs Team have been looking into how they might be able to deliver some of the recommendations you made and would like a further opportunity to discuss this with you. We have also invited along colleagues from Care and Support as we recognise some of the residents who joined the last meeting are living in Supported Housing or at an Older Persons Scheme, this is a great chance to have a meaningful conversation around how we can improve these services too.

We understand that you may not be happy with the service that we are providing to you personally and this may be something you would like to discuss. That’s OK, we’ll take some details from you when you sign up and help you deal with those issues. But we want to be clear at the outset that we’ll do that offline, and that your particular issues won’t be the focus of the meeting.

We want to help. But we need to make sure we're using the time wisely, and that we're focussed on solutions on the night.


So please do tell us in advance if there are problems or issues you want to talk about. We'll make sure any feedback we receive is passed on to the right colleagues and help you sort things out. But we want to be clear at the outset that they won't be the focus of the session.
