North Counties New Homes Survey

We have a project happening in North Counties, where over a two-month period we are piloting some new approaches to improve the experience for residents moving into a re-let Peabody home.  

Some of the ideas we are piloting are: 

1. Welcome Packs which will include items such as toilet rolls, tea towels, tea, coffee, a mug and information on our services.

2. A Settling In visit at 2 weeks.

3. Professional cleaning that would include re-grouting and new sealant prior to move in.  

We are also considering whether a short welcome video might be helpful and some supporting videos on practical topics such as how to log in to My Peabody, how to log a repair or how to pay your rent.  We are interested in what you think so please do answer the following questions.
